What Is PSYPACT?

PSYPACT (Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact) is an interstate agreement that allows licensed mental health providers to offer telehealth therapy across participating U.S. states.

As a PSYPACT-authorized provider, Aneta Kern, PhD, PMH-C, offers care beyond her home state of Virginia, while maintaining ethical and professional standards. She delivers compassionate, high-quality care online that is just as effective as in-person sessions.

This makes it possible for more individuals and families to receive consistent, specialized support during pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting - no matter where they are located. It also allows current clients to remain connected to care if they move out of state or travel for work or vacation, using secure telehealth services.

PSYPACT currently includes the following states and jurisdictions: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Northern Mariana Islands, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming

PSYPACT participation may change over time. If you’re unsure whether your state is included, feel free to reach out for clarification.
